Get Messy | Messy Lists | Week 4

Hello there and welcome to the fourth week of the much anticipated Messy Lists – a collaborative season partnering with the ladies from 30 Days of Lists, Amy + Kam. This season will feature 60 (!!!) prompts, 30 lists and 30 art prompts, and there will be MORE than enough content to keep you busy, busy, busy making, making, making! Join the Get Messy Art Journal program to find out more.

The Seasons sure do go by very fast. Week 4 already. Another hard week for me, but I have made lists and that is all that matters.

List prompt one, art prompt one – I used some paper from my last Get Messy Craft Swap. My partner was Romana Tos and she dip-died this paper by the looks – it made awesome stripes.

List prompt two, Art prompt 5 – and I used Katie’s water colour and plastic wrap technique form her tutorial this week.

List prompt three, Art prompt three – I love mark making, and that really went well with the prompt.

List prompt four, no art prompt

List prompt five, Art prompt 2 – oh ombre – I love you, and that pink is Opera Rose acrylic – LOVE.

How are you travelling with the Season of Lists? Its quite different to other Get Messy seasons isn’t it? I’ve embraced the change and am managing to create way more pages than I thought I would.

Get Messy Art Journal is an art journaling program/community. We are a group of like minded art journalers who have come together under this art form to learn, share, practice our skills and push past our creative limits with hopes to inspire. Our community values consistent creating, encouragement and support and trying new things. We would love to have you join us as a member of Get Messy Art Journal. Join Get Messy now!

  1. Love your lists so much. Your IG feed is a highlight for me. I must remember there are tutorials each week. I get the email with the prompts but forget to go to the blog until link up time. Got some catching up to do. Love your stripes and your artist spread the best (but all awesome)

    1. Oh thank you so much Deb that means a lot. I’m loving your feed at the moment too. The artist spread was my favourite too. Fun to make. Actually this week has been my favourite of the season so far.

  2. I love your stripes – it’s funny though as colour is everything to me but black & white always has that certain something about it! Certainly a challenging season this time.

    1. It is a challenge – but I’m making more spreads than ever before so it’s inspiring me heaps.
