Get Messy | Messy Lists | Week 2

Hello there and welcome to the second week of the much anticipated Messy Lists – a collaborative season partnering with the ladies from 30 Days of Lists, Amy + Kam. This season will feature 60 (!!!) prompts, 30 lists and 30 art prompts, and there will be MORE than enough content to keep you busy, busy, busy making, making, making! Join the Get Messy Art Journal program to find out more.

This week I discovered a new colour to fall in love with – Quinacridone Magenta by Winsor & Newton. It is much different in acrylic to water colour (and I bought both), but I still love them both – maybe I love the water colour version more. Paired with gold it is absolutely beautiful, although this picture really doesn’t do it justice unfortunately.

Really gorgeous colours and pages here, esp that first page with the deep red. Delicious! I love your illustration on the ‘When I grow up’ spread. Beautiful x

Wonderful pages Tanyalee. Really beautiful. I debated on “reading minds” as a superpower, then thought twice. But, teleporting would be really awesome. I don’t usually do very many of the prompts. I should try more of them.
